About the Nokia Global Graduate Program Nokia views graduate hiring as a critical part of the company's business transformation and people strategy. The Nokia Global Graduate Program was designed with a recent graduate in mind. Graduates hired into the Nokia Graduate program generally get to work in two different assignments over the duration of one year; each assignment is 6 months each. Upon assessment, top-performing Graduates will have an opportunity to rotate into a third, international assignment in the United States, Great Britain, Finland, Germany, China or India. After the final (2nd or 3rd) assignment, Graduates move into fixed roles within the company to continue building their career.
