Job Responsibilities and Qualifications(岗位职责及要求)
●Associate Knowledge Manager(项目经理助理)：
・ Developing a understanding of the client's underlying research interests and assure client satisfaction;
・ Support research team in primary and secondary research to build a knowledge base along multiple industries;
・ Work towards strong grasp of 1-2 industry vertical’s dynamics and trends;
・ Communicate with potential experts by phone, and invite them to join in our expert net;
・ Expert management and maintenance;
●Knowledge Manager(项目经理)：
・ Independent individual project manager;
・ Solid industry knowledge with ability to communicate with clients;
・ Strong client service;
・ Share project, expert, client &industry experience with team;
・ Strong skills across, expert, client and project management ;
・ Support team leader for managing team；
●Associate Accounting Manager(客户经理助理)：
・ Developing a deep understanding of the client's underlying research interests and assure client satisfaction independently；
・ Doing secondary research to build a knowledge base along multiple industries；
・ Develop and manage relationships with the clients；
・ Maximize usage of our service with the clients；
● Job Qualifications (岗位要求):
・ University/Master degree from top Chinese/ Foreign university with strong academic performance, preferably in a major in Finance/Economy；
・ Basic understanding of investments and consulting services；
・ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin；
・ A self-starter who is able to learn quickly and actively seeks out new business opportunities；
・ Mature, open, professional, self-assured, presentable, confident；
