Three streams of specialisation are incorporated in the programme, namely: Ÿ Corporate and Commercial Banking Ÿ Personal Financial Services Ÿ Branch Operations The programme includes classroom training, on-the-job training, job rotation and attachments to various businesses and functions across Hang Seng Bank (China), as well as in HK.
